Tourism Department of Picuí - PB considers all personal data records, whether electronic or physical, to be important when left by you (user/data subject) while using our services, websites, systems, informational platforms, and official channels.

For this reason, we have implemented a governance program with best practices in compliance with the Brazilian Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/18 - LGPD), including procedures to ensure security and transparency in the handling of your information. We have therefore created our Privacy Policy.

This document clearly and transparently regulates which data may be collected, and when and how they may be used by the Department. It applies only to services directly offered by the Tourism Department as the DATA CONTROLLER of personal and sensitive data.

This policy is intended for the general public. If you are a staff member, service provider, or participating in a specific project, please contact the responsible manager to obtain the applicable terms and data protection information.

The Tourism Department may operate or use systems developed by third parties, in which case the CONTRACTING PARTY will be the sole DATA CONTROLLER for any personal data processed by such platforms.

Users must carefully review the privacy policy of any website they use, identifying who is responsible (CONTROLLER) for the data processing.
