The Festival of the Patron Saint in Serra dos Brandões, in the district of Picuí (PB), is dedicated to Nossa Senhora da Guia and traditionally takes place in August, with the main celebration on the 30th. It features both religious events (a novena, a horseback parade) and cultural activities, including forró concerts—as was the case in 2025, which featured Zé Macedo and other artists.

It is an event of great importance to the community, blending faith, tradition, and music, and strengthening the cultural identity of the Serra dos Brandões district.
